The working group online meeting held on December 16, 2025, at 14 PM, was dedicated to reviewing the progress of ongoing activities and discussing key developments related to digital teaching, learning, and assessment. The meeting opened with a brief welcome, during which the purpose of the meeting and the expected outcomes were outlined.

As part of the agenda, the Digital Teaching Learning and Assessment Policy Paper: Policy recommendations and internal quality assurance (IQA) principles for Armenian higher education institutions, was presented by Varduhi Gyulazaryan, Head of the Institutional and Programme Accreditation Division of ANQA. The presentation focused on the structure of the policy paper, its core policy recommendations, and the proposed IQA principles aimed at supporting the enhancement of digital education practices in Armenian higher education institutions.

Following the presentation, discussions were held among the participants. Armen Budaghyan, Director of the Quality Assurance Centre at Yerevan State University and project coordinator, together with Aram Hayrapetyan (YSMU), Ruben Topchyan (ANQA) and the European partners Viktor Kordas (KTH), Joaquín Paredes-Labra (UAM) and others, shared their suggestions and recommendations. The discussion focused on how to best organise the working process, strengthen collaboration, and further improve the development and implementation of the policy paper. The meeting concluded with a shared understanding of the next steps and priorities for the forthcoming phase of work.
