The aim of this work package is to develop a comprehensive regulatory framework for part-time studies in the Armenian Higher Education sector (COURSreg). Additionally, it seeks to create a common online course registration and student progression e-platform. This framework and platform will provide the legal and operational basis needed to facilitate the transition from traditional correspondence studies to more flexible part-time study modes. It also aims to enhance accessibility to higher education for students with special needs, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed.
