The aim of this work package is to create a Digital Competence Framework (DCF) specifically for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (TLA) within the Armenian Higher Education sector. This framework is designed to define and regulate the essential digital skills and competencies that teaching staff must possess. By doing so, it ensures that the Armenian HE sector is aligned with global trends in digital education technology. The framework will serve as a guideline to help educators effectively integrate digital tools and methodologies into their teaching practices.
