WP.1: Digital Competence Framework (DCF) of TLA (DIGIcom)
1.1․ EU best practice study and DCF policy development

1.4․ Pilot adoption of DCF in consortium AM HEIs
WP.2: National Certificate Programme (NCP) in digital TLA (DIGIcert)

2.3․ Training of the 16 NCP trainers
2.4․ Pilot adoption of the NCP in consortium AM HEIs
WP.3: Internal QA System (IQA) for online TLA (IQAsys)
3.1․ EU best practice study and policy development for IQA of online TLA
3.2․ Development of internal QA criteria & procedures for digital TLA
3.3․ Development of self-assessment tools for digital TLA
3.4․ Adoption of the developed criteria & tools, pilot evaluation of digital TLA activities
WP.4: Standards for e-learning platforms and Smart classroom models (SMARTclass)
4.1․ EU best practice study of technology-enhanced (TE) TLA, and policy development
4.2․ Development of framework benchmark standards for e-learning platforms
4.3․ Development of provisions for smart classrooms
4.4․ Establishment of 8 smart classrooms at consortium AM HEIs
WP.5: Online course registration & progression e-platform (COURSreg)
5.1․ Development of regulatory provisions for part-time studies in AM
5.2․ Ratification of the regulation by the Ministry
5.3․ Development of technical specification for online course registration platform
5.4․ Support to AM HEIs in transition from the correspondent to part-time study mode
